I'm worried because my sperm liquefaction time is over an hour. Everything else in my sperm report looks normal, but I'm concerned this might be affecting my wife's ability to conceive. Do you have any advice on how I can reduce the liquefaction time?

Liquefaction time is a measure of the time it takes for the semen to liquefy.semen liquefaction should take 20-30 minutes. With liquefaction time, infection and dehydration could be the cause of liquefaction.... If it's dehydration you don'tworry... If it's due to infection it has to be treated...

View allI'm worried because I'm not seeing any sperm when I masturbate, and I'm dealing with a kidney stone located at the junction of my urethra and bladder. Could this stone be blocking sperm flow or affecting it somehow? What's going on here?
once stones pass the bladder neck they will come down easily through urethra,, and if you are passing urine then they is no block there. Drink plenty of urine it will push any stones (small enough to pass bladder neck), will pass through urethra

I'm currently in the hospital for a bad pain I was having, and they found a 5.7mm stone near my kidney. It shrank to 3mm, and now I'm thinking about switching to homeopathic treatment. Is it wise to leave the hospital for that? I've heard about this leaf called pather chatta that might help. Should I go for it, or could the pain come back?

My semen analysis is normal but I have varicocele and the doctor said surgery isn't needed. I also have a lot of chest fat and was told it's gynecomastia. Could the varicocele be causing this? Are there any natural ways to reduce the gynecomastia without surgery?
surgery opinion is advised to the patient.
