what are the best ways to manage phimosis without surgery my doctor recommended a dorsal slit but I'm unsure about going under the knife are there other options like stretching or creams that could help first

Steroid creams and stretching exercises can treat early phimosis. Consult a urologist to try this for 4–6 weeks before considering dorsal slit.

View allI'm really worried about my brother. He was told he has a positive semen culture for enterococcus faecalis, and now his urologist prescribed two daily injections of mikacin 500 mg for 5 days and a daily tablet of forcan 150. I'm just wondering, is it normal to need so many injections for this type of infection? And is mikacin the right antibiotic for enterococcus faecalis?

I recently had a zsr circumcision on February 22nd and now all the staples along with the silicon ring have fallen off. There's just a tiny bit still attached to the skin and when I try to remove it, it hurts a little, which is really freaking me out. I'm worried that pulling it might cause some other issues. Could you tell me if it's safe to pull it off myself? Also, I'm curious if I can now engage in sexual activities like intercourse or masturbation.
It is not advisable to pull off the remaining portion yourself as it may lead to complications. I recommend visiting your doctor for proper evaluation and guidance on how to proceed. As for sexual activity, it is best to avoid it until you have fully healed to prevent any potential issues or infections.

I'm getting this weird tingling sensation in the area near my crotch, and it's making me feel like I need to pee even when I haven't had much to drink. It's not painful but definitely uncomfortable. Any idea what this could be?
