I'm a bit worried about my recent urinalysis results. Everything seems normal except for the RBC and hemoglobin levels. A few years back, I had some issues with sand and crystals in my urine. Should I be concerned about the RBC levels? Is this harmful, or could it be related to my previous issues?

My CT scan from March 3rd showed something concerning but I'm not in pain right now. Can this be treated with medication or is surgery the only option? Just wondering what my next steps should be since the pain has gone away for now
A repeat ct scan is advised to the patient. And a neurosurgery opinion is advised .
