I'm a bit worried about my recent urinalysis results. Everything seems normal except for the RBC and hemoglobin levels. A few years back, I had some issues with sand and crystals in my urine. Should I be concerned about the RBC levels? Is this harmful, or could it be related to my previous issues?

My foreskin is really tight and hard, making it difficult to pull back. Is this something serious? Do I need surgery to fix it?
