I'm worried because some dandruff got into my eye and even after using artificial tears, it hasn't come out. It doesn't hurt, but I can still feel like there's something inside my eye. What should I do?

I'm really confused about an upcoming cataract surgery I have scheduled in Kolkata. The doctor who's supposed to do the operation has an MBBS degree and a DO in ophthalmology. A couple of my friends are suggesting I reconsider because he doesn't have a surgery degree like MS. I'm honestly worried about it. Also, the doctor told me to stop taking ecospirin av 75 five days before the surgery. Should I be concerned about any of this?

I'm really worried about my dad's eye condition. He went to the hospital by himself, and he's saying he needs to use atropine in the morning and at night, one drop each time, and moxifloxacin every hour. That sounds right according to the doctor's instructions, but I'm confused because as per the prescription, he's also supposed to use itraconazole and natamycin every hour. My dad is telling me the doctor advised him to start those only after finishing atropine and moxifloxacin. I'm 600 km away and it's stressing me out not being there to help. Can you help me make sense of what should be done first?
