Is it alright if I keep using Otrinoz regularly even when I'm feeling fine and not dealing with a cold? I often have one nostril that's always blocked, and I'm curious if this is okay or if it might cause any issues.

Whenever I take antibiotics, the swelling decreases but never fully goes away, and it pops back up, especially after I eat non-veg food. Could this be something serious? What should I do about it?
