Is it alright if I keep using Otrinoz regularly even when I'm feeling fine and not dealing with a cold? I often have one nostril that's always blocked, and I'm curious if this is okay or if it might cause any issues.

For the past month, I've been noticing a salty thin liquid on the right side of my throat. When I spit it out, it's clear and thin but doesn't look like regular sputum. I keep swallowing or spitting to clear my throat, but it's only happening on the right side. I had ear surgeries and tonsils removed as a kid could this be related or is it something normal?
ent opinion is advised.

I've been experiencing a dry cough whenever I talk and sometimes even when I'm just breathing. I usually deal with sinus issues, but I haven't had any recent cold or fever. Should I be concerned about this cough, and do you think it might be linked to my sinus problem? What could be causing this, and how can I find some relief?
Your persistent dry cough, especially while speaking and breathing, despite no recent cold or fever, may be related to your underlying sinus issues, potentially triggering postnasal drip, acid reflux, or irritation of the throat and airways, so consult an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialis
