It feels like I've been on a roller coaster, and I've this scared sensation in my chest most of the day. It gets even worse when I leave the house or when the baby screams. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be anxiety or something else?

View allI'm feeling really worried because I usually get panic attacks and my cardiologist had me go through ECG, echo, TMT, and X-ray, and everything came back normal. But yesterday, I had another panic attack, went to the GP, did an ECG, and was having shortness of breath. The GP said it's just an anxiety attack, but I'm still scared something might be wrong. Could you take a look at my ECG and let me know if everything is truly okay?
I don't have access to any attached files. However, based on your description and the tests you have already undergone, it seems like your symptoms are related to anxiety attacks. To manage your anxiety symptoms, you can try taking Alprazolam (Xanax) 0.5mg as needed when you feel a panic attack coming on. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises or mindfulness meditation may also help in reducing the frequency and intensity of your panic attacks.

Im dealing with depression and I'm really struggling because I'm stuck in this cycle of masturbating about 45 times a day. It makes me feel awful, and I just can't seem to stop. I'm in 12th grade, preparing for my board exams in science but my focus is shot, and I feel exhausted and sleepy all the time, which isnt helping at all at this critical stage. I know I need help, but I'm not sure how to approach my parents about it. What kind of doctor should I be reaching out to for this situation?

Could I go ahead and stop taking Ciplar LA 40 since I've been on it for a year and my symptoms are getting better? My psychiatrist thinks I should stop, but I'm worried about whether that could cause any problems. What do you suggest?
It is important to follow your psychiatrist's advice when it comes to stopping medication. Ciplar LA 40 is a brand name for propranolol, which is commonly used to treat various conditions including high blood pressure, angina, and tremors. If your psychiatrist has recommended stopping Ciplar LA 40 after a year of use and your symptoms have improved, it may be safe to discontinue the medication. It is important to gradually reduce the dosage under the guidance of your psychiatrist to avoid any potential withdrawal effects. Follow your psychiatrist's instructions closely to ensure a safe and smooth transition.
