Is it necessary to take a pregnancy test only with early morning urine? My period is delayed by 20 days, will the result still be accurate if I take the test at night or at any other time of the day?

It is recommended to use early morning urine for a pregnancy test because it has the highest concentration of hCG hormone, especially in the early days of a missed period. However, after a 20 day delay in your period, the hCG levels will usually be high enough to give an accurate result even if you take the test at night or any time of the day. If your test is negative and your period still does not start, repeat the test after a few days or consult your doctor. A serum Beta HCG test may help confirm the diagnosis and rules out any false negatives.

Is it possible to get pregnant if we had intercourse on the 8th day of my period during a 28 day cycle? I am now 5 days late, and I took a urine pregnancy test when I was 2 days late, which was negative. What are the possibilities of pregnancy at this stage? I am also experiencing PMS like symptoms and white, creamy, non sticky vaginal discharge.

My last period was on 26 July, and I usually have a 28 day cycle. Today is the 36th day of my cycle, and I still have not gotten my period. I took a home pregnancy test yesterday, and it was negative. Will my period come normally, and what should I do now?
