I developed a small cold on Wednesday and it's been keeping me up all night with coughing. This morning I woke up with pain in my lower abdomen every time I cough. I just got my period today, so I'm wondering if that's why it hurts. Could the coughing be related to my period cramps, or is it something else I should be concerned about?

I'm 68 weeks into a healthy pregnancy but have been dealing with slightly low blood pressure and morning sickness. Yesterday, my gynecologist prescribed me some medicine, and today I looked it up on Google. I read on Practo that this medicine is not recommended for pregnant women or those trying to get pregnant. I'm really worried and unsure about whether I should take it or not. Can you help me with this?
