I've had foreplay with my partner, and my periods have been irregular for the last 6 months. My hemoglobin level is 9, and I took a pregnancy test, but it came back negative. Could I still be pregnant, or is there something else I should be worried about?

Accidental Ingestion of Marijuana Ashes

Immediate Concerns

  1. Dehydration: Vomiting multiple times can lead to dehydration. Drink plenty of water and consider an oral rehydration solution.
  2. Gastrointestinal irritation: The ashes can cause stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting.
  3. Respiratory concerns: Inhaling marijuana ashes can cause respiratory issues, such as coughing and shortness of breath.

Long-term Concerns

  1. No significant long-term effects: Accidental ingestion of marijuana ashes is unlikely to cause significant long-term health effects.
  2. Potential for lung damage: Repeated inhalation of marijuana ashes can lead to lung damage and respiratory problems.

Stuck Ash Particles

  1. Unlikely: It's unlikely that ash particles will remain stuck in your throat.
  2. Monitor your symptoms: If you experience persistent throat discomfort, coughing, or difficulty swallowing, seek medical attention.

What to Do

  1. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to replenish lost fluids.
  2. Rest: Allow your body time to recover from the gastrointestinal irritation.
  3. Monitor your symptoms: Keep track of your symptoms and seek medical attention if they worsen or persist.

I'm about to hit 10 weeks pregnant in a couple of days and I'm really curious if it's safe for me to take Benadryl or any kind of allergy medicine right now.

Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) and Silybon 70 (Milk Thistle) can be taken with food to improve absorption. Take UDCA with breakfast and dinner, as prescribed by your doctor. Typical dosage: 1-2 capsulestablets (250-500 mg) 2-3 times a day. For Silybon 70, take 1 capsule (70 mg) 2-3 times a day with meals. Follow your doctor's specific instructions for dosage and timing. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist for personalized guidance.

I'm a 21-year-old female and I'm having some issues that have me a bit worried. I've been getting these cramps and pain in the lower part of my uterusstomach even when I'm not on my period. Sometimes when I pee, it feels like a burning sensation, and there's this pain that comes and goes in my kidneys. All this seems to happen after I masturbate. Also, when I get aroused, my vagina contracts, and then afterward, the pain kicks in. What could be causing this?

That looks like UTI, without any delay visit Gynaecologist for evaluation and appropriate management and also consume more water which will wash out the infection

My ultrasound report shows a bulky uterus measuring 14.3x9.2x10.5cm with diffuse echo texture and a lower uterine segment lesion around 10.6x6.2 cm that's heterogeneously hypoechoic with minimal vascularity suggesting fibroid or adenomyotic changes. The cervix also looks mildly bulky. I'm unsure if this needs surgery or if medication could help what would you recommend for treatment?

myomectomy is advised,gynaec opinion.
