My cousin has multiple fibroids in her uterus, with sizes around 2.3x1.8 cm and 2.3x2.2 cm. Should she consider medication or is surgery the only option? What would you recommend for treatment?

I have bilateral hemorrhagic cysts in both ovaries 3.2 cm on the right and 5.2 cm on the left and my ovaries are bulky. My periods are regular with a 30-day cycle, but I'm not getting pregnant. Could these cysts be the reason? Can they be treated with medicine or will I need surgery?
Bilateral hemorrhagic ovarian cysts, especially with enlarged ovaries, could potentially contribute to fertility issues and may require medical or surgical intervention depending on the severity of symptoms and other factors. While regular periods suggest ovulation, the cysts and their impact on ovarian function could be a factor in not conceiving.
