Lately, I've been noticing some light bleeding about 10 days before my period is supposed to start. This has never happened to me before, and I'm starting to get a bit worried. Could there be something unusual going on with my cycle, or is this pretty common? Would love to hear your thoughts.

I'm currently 36 weeks and 6 days pregnant, but I'm really anxious about the possibility of having a C-section. I had two miscarriages last year at 3 months, and although my APLA test came back negative, I'm taking ecospirin. My doctor mentioned that she won't wait beyond 38 weeks for a normal delivery because of my previous miscarriages, and I'm worried about not being able to wait for a natural birth. Is there any room to wait a bit longer for a normal delivery? Feeling confused about what to do.

I've had three c-sections over the past 3.5 years, and I'm really struggling. During my first pregnancy, there were some complications with the blood flow, so they did an emergency c-section in the 7th month, but unfortunately, my baby boy passed away after 39 days in the NICU. Now, I have two daughters who are 2.5 years and 10 months old, born at 36 and 37 weeks. My high blood pressure was only a problem during those pregnancies because of the protein levels. I'm just constantly feeling down because I really want another chance to have a son. Is it possible for me to go through a fourth c-section? If it is, how long should I wait before trying? I'm eager for your advice.
