I've been diagnosed with an endometriotic cyst and multiple fibroids and need laparoscopic surgery is it possible to have a female doctor perform the procedure including the anesthesia? I'm a bit nervous about the whole process and would feel more comfortable with a female team

View allI'm 26 and dealing with irregular periods. My ultrasound showed both ovaries are bulky with multiple small cysts the largest is 0.42cm on the right and 0.35cm on the left. The right ovary measures 3.62x1.98x3.00cm (volume 11.26cc) and the left is 2.84x2.28x3.29cm (volume 11.15cc). My uterus size is 7.35x3.59x4.26cm. Do I need surgery or will medication work? Can this be cured?

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and went for my NT scan today. The ultrasound tech told me my baby's not in the right position to see its face. She mentioned sometimes the baby's position isn't ideal for the scan, so it might take a few tries. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

I'm a bit worried about my wife's cervical length being 26mm at 12 weeks into her pregnancy. Could you tell me what it might be like around 16 weeks? If she's taking progesterone supplements like Susten 200, is there a chance the length could increase?
At 16 weeks of pregnancy, the cervical length is expected to be around 30-35mm. Taking progesterone supplement Susten 200 can help support the pregnancy and may potentially help in maintaining the cervical length. The usual dosage of Susten 200 for supporting pregnancy is 200mg to be taken vaginally once daily.
