Is it normal for an oximeter reading to jump between numbers, like sometimes it shows 95 and then just a few seconds later it's up to 98 or 97? Should I be worried about these fluctuations or is that just how these devices work?

I'm suddenly having breathing issues 11 days after recovering from COVID. My oximeter shows my oxygen levels are between 95 and 97. I didn't have any breathing problems during COVID itself. Is this normal, or could there still be some sort of COVID infection in my body?

So, this morning I noticed I had thick yellow sputum with some blood in it, but it only happened once and I haven't had any other symptoms. I'm kinda worried about what might be going on. Is this something serious, or could it just be a random thing? What should I be doing or watching out for?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
