Is it okay to drink milk after you've had some chicken? I'm worried it might not be safe. If it's not recommended, how long should I wait before having milk after eating chicken? I've heard something about it maybe causing white patch skin issues, and now I'm concerned. Could you shed some light on this?

Drinking milk while eating chicken is not recommended as it can cause digestive issues, such as bloating, gas, and diarrhea, due to the conflicting digestive processes of proteins and lactose; a 2-3 hour time gap is suggested between consuming chicken and milk; the combination can lead to the formation of a toxic compound called casomorphin, which can cause skin issues, but there is no scientific evidence linking it to vitiligo (white patch skin disease).

I've got really sensitive and dry skin, especially with this winter weather. My T-zone is full of blackheads and it's driving me nuts. I've been using Dr. Reddy's Venusia cream and Episoft cleansing face wash, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. Can you recommend a good night cream or moisturizer? I also need a scrub that works on blackheads. Plus, my entire body seems to have dead skin cells; any idea for a moisturizing body lotion or oil? My hands and feet are super dry, almost like wrinkled aged skin, and nothing I use seems to fix it, not even glycerine. Would you have any tips on how to deal with all these skin issues?

For your blackheads in the T-zone area, I recommend using a night cream containing adapalene and benzoyl peroxide. You can try using Differin Gel at night. Additionally, for a good scrub to help with blackheads, you can use Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub. To address the dead cells on your body, you can use a moisturizing body lotion such as Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream or Bio-Oil. These products will help hydrate your skin and improve its texture. For your dry, rough hands and feet, you can try using O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream and O'Keeffe's Healthy Feet Foot Cream. These products are specifically designed to moisturize and repair dry, cracked skin. In addition to using these products, make sure to drink plenty of water, eat a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables, and protect your skin from harsh weather conditions. Regularly exfoliating and moisturizing your skin will also help improve its overall health and appearance.
