Is it okay to go for a morning walk if the Air Quality Index is around 400? If it's not safe, what can I do to protect myself? I'm really concerned about the impact on my health.

It's been 8 days since I tested positive for COVID, and I'm struggling with breathing issues sometimes. I've tried using a nebulizer with Asthalin, which helps a bit. Yesterday, my oxygen levels dropped to 93, so I had to use an oxygen pump. Can you suggest any medicines or other options that might help me deal with this?
