Ive been smoking for a while now, mostly just a couple of cigarettes a day unless Im drinking, then it can go up to 6 or 7. Im starting to worry about my lungs. How can I tell if theyre still in good condition or if theres some damage? Any way to check this out?

View allI've been dealing with a lot of white mucus coming from my nose in the mornings and I've had trouble breathing. Its been going on for about two months now, and when I sleep, I hear a soft noise in my throat. A few doctors have mentioned that it might be the beginning stages of asthma. Could you guide me on how to handle this situation? I'm really concerned and looking for some advice.

I've been dealing with some leftover symptoms after getting over COVID. I was diagnosed back in April and finally tested negative in late May, but here I am, a month later, still experiencing a mild cough with phlegm in the mornings and sometimes a bit of chest strain when I sit and lean back. It's been a bit worrying, and I've had two different doctors recommend different thingsone suggested Pulmoclear and the other Montek LC. I'm just trying to figure out what would actually help in clearing up these post-COVID issues. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Continue pulmoclear and montek lc for 7 days.

I've been having this burning sensation in my chest whenever I inhale, and sometimes when I'm sleeping, it feels like my breathing gets blocked. Are these signs of something serious? Should I be worried about my breathing issues, even though I don't have other symptoms?
