Is it okay if I use coconut oil on my hair right after washing it, especially since I've already used Himalaya Hair Zone? Will it affect the benefits of the treatment? Just trying to get a handle on the best hair care routine here.

I've noticed these small white patches on my thighs, and they've been there for about a month now. They seem to be spreading, and I'm getting really worried. I'm dealing with something called tinea incognito and my doctor gave me two creamsLivafin and Onabet. They said to use them twice a day, but I'm confused. Should I be applying both at the same time or just one of them? Could really use some advice here.
You should use both creams as prescribed by your doctor. Apply Livafin cream first, followed by Onabet cream, twice daily. Livafin contains Terbinafine and Onabet contains Sertaconazole, both are antifungal medications that work together to treat tinea incognito effectively.
