Is it okay to use Deriva CMS gel both in the morning and at night, or should it just be applied at night? I'm hoping for quicker results, but I'm not sure if using it twice a day might be more effective. What do you suggest?

View allI've just had a pretty scary experience while riding my bike a kite thread cut my face and now I've got this burning sensation. I'm really worried and unsure what to do next. Do I need to see a dermatologist right away, or is there any cream or medicine I can apply at home to help with this? Would love some quick advice on this.
I recommend cleaning the affected area with a gentle cleanser and applying an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin to prevent infection. You can also take an over-the-counter pain reliever like Tylenol to help with the burning sensation. If the pain or redness persists, it would be best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

I'm using Deriva CMS gel and Venusia cream for my acne as my doctor suggested, but I'm a little worried. My skin is super dry and sensitive. Is it really safe to use the Deriva CMS gel all over my face? I've read about some possible side effects and I just want to make sure. Can you help me figure this out?
