Is it okay to use Deriva CMS gel both in the morning and at night, or should it just be applied at night? I'm hoping for quicker results, but I'm not sure if using it twice a day might be more effective. What do you suggest?

View allHow safe and effective is applying Darkenyl, with taxifolin glucoside and N-acetyltyrosine, to my scalp every night to reduce grey hair? I was told to use 1ml nightly for about 6 to 9 months, but I haven't started yet. I only have around 5 grey hairs. What should I expect?

I've been using Cosmolite cream for the past three years, but I've noticed that since I've stopped, the skin around my mouth and eyes has turned darker. I'm pretty worried about this change. Could you give me some advice on how to get my natural skin tone back in those areas? Any suggestions or treatments you could recommend would be really appreciated.
The darkening of skin around your mouth and eyes after stopping Cosmolite cream suggests rebound hyperpigmentation or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH); to recover, try: applying sunscreen with SPF 30+ daily, using topical creams containing niacinamide, vitamin C, or kojic acid, and exfoliating gently with alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs); consult a dermatologist for personalized guidance and potential prescription-strength treatments.

My ear lobe hole has stretched out and is too big now. Is there any way to shrink it back to normal size without surgery or invasive treatments? I'm worried about how it looks and want a natural fix if possible. What options do I have?
While it's difficult to shrink a stretched ear lobe hole completely without surgery, there are a few non-surgical options that can help improve its appearance. These include earlobe support patches, dermal filler injections, and potentially, slowly downsizing your gauge size
