Is it okay to use placentrex ointment on my 3-year-old's burn wound? She's in a lot of pain. My uncle mentioned it, but Im not sure if its safe for her age. What do you think?

I'm a bit worried about using thrombophob gel on my 18-month-old son. Is it safe to apply it on a cut? And also, would it be okay to use after he's had a vaccine? How should I go about applying it if it's fine to use?
No do not use it because it can worsen the bleeding ,instead of that you can use tbact ointment
