He's been scratching his head, arm, behind his neck, and foot, and there hasn't been any fever or infection recently. I've noticed his appetite seems to be increasing all of a sudden, and he sometimes complains of abdominal pain. I discovered white particles in his stool, but I did deworm him last month. Right now, he's on an antihistamine. This same kind of itching happened last year, and he was advised to take Banocide syrup along with the antihistamine, and it took almost a month to clear up. I'm really worried. What could be causing this, and what should I give him for the itching and abdominal pain?

I'm really worried because my niece accidentally swallowed a coin yesterday. We had an x-ray done, and it showed that the coin is now in her stomach. The doctor advised us to just wait, but today she went to the bathroom and passed stool, and the coin still hasn't come out. She's acting normally and doing all her usual activities, which is a relief, but I'm still concerned. Should I be doing anything else, or when should I be worried?
