Is it okay to use Skinlite cream for dark spots? I've been applying it weekly for an hour at night for the past month. Is this the right way to use it, or should I be doing something different?

View allI've been dealing with a boil on my upper lip, and after getting treatment, it seemed to drain on its own within a week. However, there's still a small hard lump left on my lip, and I'm not sure what to do about it. Could you tell me if there's a way to completely get rid of it?

I've got these rashes down near the bottom part of my testis and on my thighs close to my private area. I can't figure out what caused it or what ointment I should use, if any. I'm juggling a tight schedule, so I can't really make it to a doctor. It's getting more and more itchy, especially after a shower, and it gets annoying because I have to change my underwear. I also need to wait for it to dry to stop the itching. What do you think could be causing this, and how should I treat it?

I'm really worried about my husband. He's been scratching his private parts for years now, and he says using prickly heat powders or itching creams helps for a bit, but it's only temporary relief. He insists it's just a habit and nothing's wrong, so he doesn't see a point in visiting a doctor. But honestly, it feels off to me. Could this be a sign of something serious? Should he actually get it checked out? Is there anything I should be doing or suggesting to him?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
