Is it possible to fix a class 3 underbite with just braces at 25 years old without surgery in India? I've heard mixed opinions and want to know if braces alone can work for adults like me

Can my friend's jaw go back to normal with braces or does it need orthognathic surgery Also, why is the pulp in my upper molar round or circular is that abnormal And there's a translucent spot near the root of my upper lateral incisor could that be a cyst
Braces can fix mild jaw misalignment; severe cases may need orthognathic surgery—consult an orthodontist and oral surgeon.

I'm a 25-year-old guy with an overbite and class 2 malocclusion is jaw surgery the only option for fixing this or are there safer alternatives? I'm a bit worried about the risks of surgery and wondering if braces or other treatments could work instead
While jaw surgery can be an option for correcting severe overbites and Class II malocclusion, it's not always the only solution. Braces and other orthodontic treatments can often be effective for milder cases, and in some situations, a combination of orthodontics and functional appliances (like headgear) might be used
