I've been having pus drainage from a cyst near my tailbone every few months for about 8 months now. There's no pain or bad smell, but I can feel a small lump there during activities like yoga. Should I consider getting drainage treatment or is surgery necessary?
Given the persistent pus drainage and lump near the tailbone, you should consider seeking medical attention, as it likely indicates a pilonidal cyst or sinus. While drainage treatment might be an option for some cases, it's crucial to have a diagnosis and discuss all treatment options, including surgery, with a doctor.
