Is it possible to get pregnant if there's precum or sperm on my hands during fingering? I'm really curious and a bit worried about this.

I recently had an MTP at 6 weeks, and my ultrasound after 10 days showed there's still some products left in the upper abdomen area, measuring about 18x13.5x10.4 mm. I'm worried and wondering if a D&C is absolutely necessary, or if taking another dose of misoprostol might be an option. What would you recommend?

Hey, I'm thinking about using a period delay pill and I'm not sure which one I should go for or what the right dosage is. Also, how far in advance should I start taking it? I'm also a bit worried about how this might affect my next period cycle. Would love any advice you could give me.
