Is it possible to get pregnant if there's precum or sperm on my hands during fingering? I'm really curious and a bit worried about this.

I'm in my ninth month of pregnancy, and my amniotic fluid index is showing as 9. My consultant suggested taking a certain powder for a week. I'm really keen on understanding what kind of fluids I could drink to naturally help increase my amniotic fluid levels. Could you guide me on this? I'm a bit curious and worried.

ITS A HOME REMADY I DON'T KNOW YOU BELIEVE OR NOT. A SWEET CALLED JALEBI OF PURE GHEE100 GM OR MEDIUM SEIZED FOUR JALEBI WITH MILK IN EVERY MORNING WITHOUT MISTAKE. IT'S 100% AMNIOTIC FLUID BECOMES NORMAL.

I'm a 32-year-old married woman who had an ovarian cyst removed 5 years ago along with my left ovary, so now only my right ovary is left. Recently my doctor suggested an MRI pelvis and S.AMH test my S.AMH result was 2.33, and the current ovarian cyst size is 4.5x4.3 cm. Is this cyst really dangerous enough to require surgery, or can it be treated with medicines? I'm really worried and need advice

With an ovarian cyst of 4.5 cm, if it’s benign, medications like birth control pills or hormone therapy can sometimes manage it. Surgery may be necessary if it causes pain or grows. The S.AMH level of 2.33 suggests ovarian reserve is still reasonable, but discuss options with your gynecologist.
