I'm concerned about me and my husband's blood group. We both have AB blood group, and I'm wondering if this could cause any issues when we decide to plan for a baby. Does having the same blood group affect family planning, or is it not really a big deal? Looking forward to some insight!

I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant, and my latest ultrasound showed that my placenta is posterior with the lower margin being 4.2 cm away from the internal os. It's graded at 1 right now. I'm really keen on traveling soon and just wanted to check if that's safe given my current condition. Any advice?
