View allMy doctor recommended sinus surgery costing around 30k but I'm wondering if laser treatment could be an option instead what's the average cost for that and would it work for my condition?
Laser sinus treatment, also known as Radiofrequency Turbinate Reduction (RTR) or Laser Turbinate Reduction, can be a viable alternative to sinus surgery for some individuals, and the average cost can range from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 40,000. While laser treatment may be effective for certain conditions, it's essential to discuss your specific case with your doctor to determine if it's appropriate and if it will address your particular sinus issues

I've been dealing with pharyngitis and had a throat culture done, which showed klebsiella pneumoniae present. I took antibiotics, and while some symptoms have improved, others linger. How can I know for sure if the bacteria is completely gone, and could the pharyngitis be caused by something else? If I get a repeat culture test and it comes back negative, does that definitely mean the bacteria is gone, or is there a chance it's still there but just not growing right now? Could you clarify this for me?
See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.
