I've been dealing with a cold for almost two months now and it's getting really frustrating. I'm doing steam inhalation every day and using a nasal spray that my doctor prescribed, so my nose isn't blocked at the moment. But it feels like there's something stuck in my throat that Im constantly trying to spit out. Every time I do, it feels like there's a connection to my ears, which is really uncomfortable.
