I've been having this weird needle-like pain on the left side of my throat that kind of spreads to my left ear. I've been feeling this film of mucus on the right side of my throat, almost down to my chest, for the past few weeks. I remember having the same feeling last year. My right nostril is blocked, and there's pressure on my right ear. I used to smoke a lotabout six cigarettes a day for seven yearsbut quit last year. Since then, there's no cough, but the mucus feeling is still there. Could it be cancer? Sometimes, it seems like this sticky feeling on the right side even goes down to my stomach. I'm not experiencing heartburn though. I'm curious, what's the risk of throat cancer at 27 in India? Also, I used to smoke marijuana but stopped that last year too. What do you think?
