Is it safe for me to start taking RevitalH without consulting a doctor first? I read that it's a mix of vitamins and minerals, but I'm worried about any potential side effects or interactions with other medications I might be on. What would you recommend?

Yes, Revital-H can be used as a general health supplement without a doctor's prescription. It contains a mix of essential vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin A, B complex, C, D, E, and minerals like zinc, iron, and calcium. The usual recommended dosage for adults is one tablet daily after meals.

View allCan you help me understand the symptoms of coronavirus? I've had a headache and fever for 23 days. My fever was 100 on the first day, but now it's around 98 or 99. I also have a sore throat. Last week, I took cold showers on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and I'm not sure if that's why I'm feeling this way or if there's another reason. Could you please advise?

I'm really concerned because I've been feeling really weak and my energy levels just keep dropping day by day. It's like no matter what I do, I can't shake this constant tiredness. Sometimes it even feels like I might be running a fever, but it just comes and goes. I find myself wanting to stay in bed almost all day because I'm always so exhausted. Could these be symptoms of something more serious, or is there something I could try to get my energy back up?
