I started taking Joshanda Hamdards a couple of times a day since it's helped me in the past. But my cough wasn't getting better, so I switched to Ambrolite D and cetzip cetrizine. While the cough improved, the throat pain didn't, so I swapped Cetzip for Montek LC, which I've used before and heard is better. Now Im 3 days into these meds, with 2 days on Cetzip and 1 on Montek LC, Ambrolite D for a day, and Joshanda for about 2 days. My coughs better, but my throat pain's still there and might even be a bit worse; at least there's no fever. I'm wondering if I should take something else for the throat pain or if I should just keep going with what Im taking and for how long?
