Is it safe to take Reswas syrup for chest congestion if it's been 21 days since I got the first dose of the Sputnik vaccine? I'm just a bit worried about how they might interact.

View allI'm feeling really worried because I've been having a high fever with shivering for the past two days, but it seems to get better when I take Paracetamol. On top of that, I've got this bad cough and a runny nose. It's been really tough dealing with it all at once. Is this something I should be concerned about? What could be causing these symptoms?
That looks like Flu,no need to worry consume balanced diet and stay hydrated,if it's becoming worse visit Physician for evaluation and treatment

I'm a bit confused about taking Zentel. Is it okay to take it in the morning after I've had breakfast? And if I do, will it be alright to have lunch later in the day? Just want to make sure I'm doing it right!
Yes, you can take Zentel (brand name for albendazole) in the morning after food. It is usually recommended to take it with food to help improve absorption. You can take Zentel again after lunch, but be sure not to exceed the prescribed dosage.
