I've had a cough and cold for a week now and my complete blood profile came back normal, but my ESR is 75mm. I haven't had any fever, body pain, vomiting, or diarrhea. Currently, I'm on amoxyclav and taking ascoryl syrup. Do you think I need any more medication or any other tests? I'm a bit worried.

View allI've been dealing with dengue since October 24th and was in the hospital until the 28th. I'm slowly recovering, but my platelets are at 2.76 lakh. I'm still feeling weak and having digestion issues, some joint pain, and gas problems. I'm really worried about how to get back to feeling better quickly. Could you suggest a proper diet plan to help me recover faster? I'd really appreciate it.
Sice your platelet count are increasing no need worry. Have fruits like Papaya and Pomogranate. Drink Plenty of Water and avoid spicy foods.

I'm really worried about my mom's health since she hasn't been feeling too well lately. Could you suggest a comprehensive list of tests for a full body checkup to ensure everything's okay with her health?
The probable cause of your mother's sudden high blood pressure (BP) spike could be: 1. Medication non-adherence or resistance 2. Underlying kidney disease or artery stiffness 3. Hormonal imbalances (e.g., thyroid disorders) 4. Sleep apnea or poor sleep quality 5. Increased sodium intake or fluid retention 6. Stress or anxiety 7. Secondary hypertension due to another medical condition
