Is it safe to use an inhaler for a cold? I've heard that Vicks inhalers have been banned in some countries. Could using an inhaler start sinus issues?

Inhaler usage typically does not initiate sinus issues. In fact, inhalers are commonly used to treat conditions like asthma and COPD. If you have concerns about sinus issues, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and treatment.

View allI've been noticing a hissing sound when I inhale, and honestly, it's been happening on and off for about 15 years now. Lately though, like for the last 6 months, it's been popping up way more, like every few days. It's especially noticeable in cooler weather or if I'm around dust, sneezing, laughing really hard, or even when I'm climbing up hills or stairs like to the third floor. It's starting to worry me, and I'm not sure what's going on. Could you give me some guidance on what might be causing this?

I'm struggling with breathing when I'm asleep at night. It doesn't happen during the day, though, when I take naps. I initially thought it could be because of acidity, but I've ruled that out. What could be causing this?
