It seemed like COVID since I had symptoms like loss of taste and smell, shortness of breath, weakness, and a persistent headache, but my COVID tests came back negative. I ended up in the hospital for a day and a half, and after getting some treatment, my fever went away. But I still can't catch a deep breath; I get winded easily, even with minimal activity. It's been about a month since I was discharged from the hospital, and this issue hasn't improved. What kind of doctor should I see, and what steps can I take to address this? I'm really looking for some guidance on what might be going on.

I'm about to travel to Switzerland in September and stay in Europe for around 4 months, and I'm getting worried about managing my asthma because I know it will be pretty cold there.
