It's been a month since my ReLex smile surgery and I'm still not happy with the results. Will there be any more changes or improvements since they say the full recovery takes about 3 months?

my left eye iop is 20 and cdr is 0.7 what are the chances of developing glaucoma can it be treated without surgery
