It's been a year since my PRK surgery but I still need to use lubricating eye drops 4 times a day. Why aren't my eyes back to normal yet? How long does it usually take for dry eyes to fully heal after PRK?

View allI've had squint eyes since birth and I'm 27 now. I've learned to live with it, but if there's a way to fix it without surgery, I'd love to know more. Are there any non-surgical treatments or exercises that could help correct squint eyes?
Minor squint may be improved with vision therapy in children, but adult cases often need surgery for cosmetic correction.

My 13-month-old baby has had watery discharge from the left eye since birth. We've been doing the recommended eye massages regularly but the tearing hasn't stopped. Should we keep trying with massages or is it time to consider surgery for this issue?

Had PRK surgery a year ago but still have some dryness in my eyes is it okay to use a warm compress for relief?
Yes, using a warm compress for relief of dry eyes after PRK surgery is generally considered safe and can be helpful. It can help to stimulate the meibomian glands, which produce the oily substance that keeps tears from evaporating too quickly
