I've been a bit concerned since I woke up with some lesions near my lip after going on a trip last weekend where I played in the mud and a dirty river. They don't hurt or itch, and I don't have a fever or anything. Someone mentioned it could be Herpes Labialis, and I've been using Herpex cream which seems to have helped as the lesions are almost gone after 7 days. I'm just wondering if this really sounds like it was Herpes or if there's a chance it could be something else?

View allI'm having this bubble since August 29th. It was painful at first but now the pain's gone, though the bubble hasn't disappeared. Also, I've been having some pain in my right shoulder. Who should I reach out to for help with this?
It sounds like you're dealing with a persistent bubble, along with shoulder pain. Given the duration and combination of symptoms, I recommend consulting a physician, ideally an orthopedic specialist or a general practitioner, who can assess both the bubble and shoulder pain to provide a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
