I've been bitten by a rat at my feet last night and noticed a wound this morning. I got the TT vaccine and the 0-day dose of Anti Rabies. Is there anything else I should do? Please help.

View allSo, if a pet dog bit someone and the dog was given a Nobivac Rabies vaccination just five months ago, is getting a TT injection going to be enough for the bite? Should there be any additional precautions or steps we should take? Also, is there anything specific we should keep an eye on after the bite?
In addition to the TT (Tetanus Toxoid) injection, it is recommended to also administer the rabies vaccine after a dog bite, especially if the dog's rabies vaccination status is not known or if it has been more than 5 months since the dog was vaccinated with Nobivac Rabies. The rabies vaccine helps prevent the development of rabies infection. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried after what happened last night I was nearly drowning in a deep pool without realizing it until I almost ran out of breath. I managed to get out with some help, but I swallowed a lot of the pool water. Initially, I was gasping for air but felt okay after about 20-30 minutes. The problem is now I'm shivering, my left arm is aching, and it seems like I'm taking fewer breaths than usual. I'm feeling super tired and looking pale too. Is this something serious, or is it a normal reaction?
Normal,nothing to worry ok.

I got hit in the ribs during a fight, and it's been really painful when I laugh, take a deep breath, or even when I cough. I originally thought it might be a broken rib, but it surprisingly doesn't hurt when I touch it or move my torso around. It's been hurting for four days without any sign of getting better; if anything, it feels like it's getting worse. Do you think this could be a serious problem? Should I consider seeing a doctor?
Orthopedic opinion is advised to the patient.
