I've been coughing nonstop since last night and it's really starting to worry me. My test reports show I might have a sinus issue. What could be causing this and how can I get some relief?

I'm dealing with some discomfort and am hoping for some advice. About a week ago, I had a canker sore on my right tonsil and I took azithromycin and flexon, which seemed to clear it up. But now I have this persistent acid reflux and my right ear hurts with some swelling in my throat right under the ear. I'm still using flexon for the pain, but Im worried about what's causing all this. Can you help me understand what's going on and how to get some relief?

I'm experiencing a loss of smell and taste over the last two days, but I don't really have any other symptoms. There's a very mild cold, but it doesn't feel like a regular cold at all. Should I be concerned about this, or is it nothing to worry about?

It sounds like you may be experiencing mild symptoms of a cold. To help with your loss of smell and taste, you can try using a nasal decongestant spray like Afrin. You can also take an antihistamine like Claritin to help with any congestion. Make sure to follow the recommended dosage instructions on the packaging for both medications. Anosmia is also a common symptom of Covid-19 infection. It is advisable to do an RT-PCR test to confirm, and then follow appropriate isolation protocols.
