I've been coughing nonstop since last night and it's really starting to worry me. My test reports show I might have a sinus issue. What could be causing this and how can I get some relief?

View allI'm really worried because I've had a throat infection for the past week. This seems to happen whenever I stop taking the Almox 500 capsules that I've been on for a while now. I went to a doctor, but it didn't really make a difference. What could be going on? Is there something else I should be doing?
You seem to be suffering from condition known as chronic tonsillitis which usually presents with recurrent attacks of throat pain and difficulty in swallowing. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery

I've been dealing with sinus congestion and a runny nose for the past four days, and it's getting pretty uncomfortable. I've been taking Febrex Plus and Telekast L, and I've also been using Floresp AZ nasal spray. I'm just wondering what else I should do to feel better. Is there anything else you'd recommend to help with these symptoms?

I'm really concerned about a lump I've noticed slightly behind where my left tonsil was removed about 8 years ago. It doesn't hurt and seems to be the same color as the rest of my throat. I don't have any trouble eating, but when I dry swallow or just swallow saliva, it feels like there's phlegm stuck in my throat. It's been there for a couple of months now, and I'm just so aware of it all the time. Is it something I should be worried about, like throat cancer? I've attached a picture too.
No need to worry, that could be normal lymphnodes or mucus retention cyst, visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management
