I've been dealing with acne issues for the past two months and it's been really tough on me. I've had darkness around my mouth and on my eyelids since I was a kid, and the acne is making everything worse. I get breakouts all the time and my skin has become so oily. Even though I wash my face every few hours, it gets oily again really quickly. It's making me feel so self-conscious whenever I'm talking to someone face to face. I just want to clear up my skin. I've tried so many creams, but nothing seems to work. The pimple marks just keep getting darker. I also have dandruff and use a special shampoo to manage it, which has helped a bit. But now I'm dealing with a lot of hair loss when I comb or wash my hair. Do you have any home remedies that could help with my acne and hair fall? It's really affecting my self-esteem.

I'm dealing with a fungal infection and have been using tetmosol soap, but nothing else seems to work. Could you suggest any other options or steps I might take to improve the situation?
To manage fungal infections, continue using Tetmosol soap, which contains clotrimazole, an antifungal agent; however, to enhance treatment and prevent recurrence, also consider: keeping the affected area clean and dry, wearing loose-fitting cotton clothing, applying an antifungal cream or powder, and consulting a dermatologist for further guidance and evaluation
