I've been dealing with allergic rhinitis ever since I was a kid. One side of my nose always seems to be blocked. It's really frustrating and I'm wondering if there's something more I should be doing to manage it. Are there any specific treatments or lifestyle changes I should be considering?

View allI've been having some issues after using Otrivin nasal spray just once. My nose feels really dry now and I've lost my sense of smell. I can't even sneeze and sometimes it's hard for me to breathe. It's been like this for two weeks and I'm kind of worried. Could the spray have caused this?

I'm struggling with a really bad cough because of what I think is post-nasal drip from allergies, and I'm not sure who to see. Should I go to an ENT specialist or is a pulmonologist better for something like this? I'm just trying to figure out the best route for treatment.

I've been dealing with this weird pressure in my right ear for the past couple of years. It's especially noticeable whenever I talkit just feels uncomfortable. I've seen a bunch of ENT specialists, and I've heard everything from "it's a tonsil problem" to "there's no issue at all." It's super frustrating not having any answers. Could there be something else going on with my ear that hasn't been checked?
