I've been dealing with an anal fissure for the last three months, and in the past month, I've been using Smuth ointment after sitz baths and taking Cremaffin Plus at night. It seemed like things were getting better, with about 90% healed, but today I passed a hard stool and the tear happened again in the exact same spot. It's like history repeating itself, as it happened before in another direction but still in the same area. I'm really worried and wondering why this keeps occurring. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do?

It sounds like you are experiencing recurrent anal fissures despite the initial healing. To help prevent further tearing and promote healing, you can try using Anovate cream after each bowel movement and continue with sitz baths. Additionally, you can take a stool softener like Duphalac to prevent hard stools and reduce straining during bowel movements. Make sure to stay hydrated and include fiber-rich foods in your diet to help with bowel movements. If the issue persists, consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.

HPV (Human Papillomavirus) is a common sexually transmitted infection. Treatment for genital warts caused by HPV: 1. Topical treatments: Imiquimod cream, Podofilox solution, or Sinecatechins ointment 2. Cryotherapy: Freezing the warts with liquid nitrogen 3. Surgical removal: Excision or laser treatment 4. Antiviral medications: Interferon or Cidofovir (in severe cases) Consult a dermatologist or a urologistgynecologist for proper evaluation and treatment. Note: HPV itself cannot be "cured," but the symptoms (genital warts) can be treated.

I have a small sentinel pile and my doctor prescribed antibiotics, Anovate, and sitz baths. Will this treatment be enough to get rid of it or is surgery absolutely necessary? I'm worried about whether it'll fully heal without an operation.
Sentinel Piles can be conveniently removed without surgery by Graded Ksharsutra Treatment. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during treatment

I noticed a small painful boil near my rectum opening and it's really uncomfortable. I've been constipated for a few days and think that might have caused it. I'm worried it could turn into a fistula but I really want to avoid surgery. Can this be treated with medicines or diet changes at this early stage? How can I manage it before it gets worse?
Physical examination needed for your case. Plz consult a surgeon
