I've been dealing with anal fissures for about 8 months now and I'm really nervous about surgery. Can you suggest some food habits or lifestyle changes that might help? Also, what are my other options if I want to avoid surgery?

I'm really worried because my CT scan showed that I have IBD, and now I'm dealing with worms in my stomach. I can definitely feel them, and it's really uncomfortable. Should I even consider taking medicine for worms right now? I'm not currently on any medication for my IBD, so I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be great!
