I've been dealing with anal fissures for about 8 months now and I'm really nervous about surgery. Can you suggest some food habits or lifestyle changes that might help? Also, what are my other options if I want to avoid surgery?

I'm experiencing loose motion and some pain in my lower abdomen for around 36 hours now. I've also been having some gastric problems over the past few months. I do a lot of bike rides and spend long hours sitting and working on my laptop. Can you please suggest what might help?
It sounds like your gastric issues might be worsening, possibly due to sitting for long periods or stress from travel. To ease your symptoms, try to stay hydrated, avoid heavy meals, and consider using a heat pad for abdominal pain. If the discomfort persists or worsens, its best to see a doctor for further evaluation.

I have a 9mm gallstone and my bilirubin is at 2.3 but the only symptom I notice is slightly yellow eyes. Are there any good treatment options besides surgery? I'd really prefer to avoid going under the knife if possible. What would you recommend?
