I've been dealing with anal fissures and allopathic doctors keep recommending surgery. Is there a permanent solution in homeopathy that doesn't involve going under the knife? I'm really hoping to avoid surgery if possible

View all**Rephrased user query:** I've had an anal fissure for two weeks and my doctor prescribed antibiotics, fidonal cream, and sitz baths with betadine. But I'm confused about two things why did he say to avoid non-veg food for a month? How does that affect the fissure? Also, can I just use my finger to apply the cream instead of the applicator? And if I end up needing surgery, how long until I can get back to my normal routine?
Non Veg causes constipation in few induviduals so that might aggravate your fissure symptoms...You can use ur finger too to apply as its designed like that whereas while using your fingers u have ur nails so u feel discomfort...After fissure surgery u can return back to normal in two days

I've been dealing with thrombosed external hemorrhoids and really want to avoid surgery if possible. Are there effective home remedies to treat them when they're still at a normal stage? What can I do at home to help them heal faster?
To manage thrombosed external hemorrhoids without resorting to surgery, focus on pain relief and inflammation reduction through home remedies. These include applying ice packs, using topical creams or ointments, and taking over-the-counter pain relievers. Also, try gentle sitz baths and lifestyle changes like increasing fiber and staying hydrated

I've been dealing with piles or fistula for the past month with a 12-inch muscle growth near my anus. There's a lot of itching, swelling, and mild pain. I've tried Ayurveda meds and followed a high-fiber diet with fruits, but the pain hasn't gone away. Now I'm using Himalaya Pilex ointment and tablets, but still no relief. I really don't want surgery what else can I do to manage this?
It's important to consult a doctor to confirm your diagnosis (piles or fistula) and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
