I was diagnosed with fistula in ano back in 2015 and had open surgery for it in June that year, but I'm still dealing with issues like itching, bleeding, and irritation around my anus. I also struggle with constant constipation. What could be causing these problems to persist even after surgery, and what can I do to finally get relief?

View allI've been dealing with a small, pea-sized skin tag near my anus, and it's really painful when I pass stools. Sometimes, it even bleeds. I've tried eating bananas to soften the stools, but it doesn't seem to help. What could be causing this, and is there anything else I should be doing to alleviate the pain and bleeding?

I've been dealing with an anal fistula and finally decided to go for surgery but I'm confused between laser treatment and open surgery. Which one would be better in terms of recovery and long-term results? I've heard mixed opinions and want to make the right choice.
