I was diagnosed with fistula in ano back in 2015 and had open surgery for it in June that year, but I'm still dealing with issues like itching, bleeding, and irritation around my anus. I've been applying Smuth cream for my piles as prescribed, and it's been helping to reduce the size. But now, I've started experiencing really itchy sensations around my anus and the area beneath my scrotum. It's gotten to the point where I can't stop scratching, and now there's this flaky, dry skin developing and peeling off when I do.
