I've been dealing with this annoying acidity every morning for the last few days. It's like I wake up and feel this urge to vomit, and sometimes there's a lot of gas too. Lately, it even feels like there's acid being released or something. Could you tell me what might be going on and what I should do?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of acid reflux. I recommend taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast for at least 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take Simethicone (brand name Gas-X) 125mg after meals to help with gas. Make sure to avoid spicy and acidic foods, as well as eating at least 2-3 hours before bedtime to help alleviate your symptoms.

I started using BIFILAC as he suggested, and it worked, but whenever I stop taking it, the loose motions come back. I'm not sure what's going on. I'm new to Bangalore, and I'm wondering if it's the change in food that's causing this. Could you help me figure out what's happening?

I've been experiencing this strange fluttering, pulsating, vibrating feeling under my left rib. There's no pain, and I don't think it's connected to my heart because I've checked my pulse at the same time as the sensation. Could you shed some light on what this might be?
