I've been dealing with this annoying acidity every morning for the last few days. It's like I wake up and feel this urge to vomit, and sometimes there's a lot of gas too. Lately, it even feels like there's acid being released or something. Could you tell me what might be going on and what I should do?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of acid reflux. I recommend taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast for at least 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take Simethicone (brand name Gas-X) 125mg after meals to help with gas. Make sure to avoid spicy and acidic foods, as well as eating at least 2-3 hours before bedtime to help alleviate your symptoms.

View allI'm on medication for irritable bowel with velgutlibrax and rejunex for the last three months, but my doctor has recently cut it down to just librax three times daily. While sometimes I only need to go to the washroom once a day, there are other days when it's 2 to 3 times. My stool is still kinda semi-loose. Is this the right treatment approach for me?
reduce to twice daily and then to once daily

I've been through a bout of jaundice and got the all-clear from my blood tests a couple of months back, but my eyes are still yellowish. Is there something I'm missing? How can I get them back to normal?
it resolves on its own

I have a 2.9cm gallstone can it be dissolved with meds or will I need surgery? I've been dealing with a lot of gas and stomach bloating too, is that related?
A gallstone of 2.9cm is relatively large and unlikely to be dissolved with medication alone. Surgery, typically cholecystectomy, is usually the recommended treatment. The gas and bloating you're experiencing could be related to the gallstone, as it can cause digestive issues and potentially lead to bloating.
