I've been dealing with this annoying dry cough ever since I had a viral fever about a month ago. The cold was gone in about a week, but the cough is still sticking around. It's weird because some days it's just here and there, but other days it's pretty frequent. I can't figure out what's triggering it. It's my first time having a cough linger for almost a month. Luckily, it doesn't bother me when I'm sleeping, but it kicks in when I'm eating or talking. Should I be worried about this, or do you think it'll just sort itself out?

Post-viral Cough: It's common for a cough to linger after a viral infection due to airway sensitivity. This usually resolves on its own.
-
Possible Triggers: Your cough may be aggravated by talking or eating, possibly due to airway irritation or mild reflux. Avoid irritants like smoke.
-
When to Seek Care: Consult a doctor if the cough worsens, lasts beyond 8 weeks, or is accompanied by symptoms like fever or shortness of breath.
-
Self-care Tips: Stay hydrated, use a humidifier, and avoid cold air to ease symptoms.
Your cough likely stems from post-viral irritation and should improve. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice.

View allI've been dealing with a persistent cough and lots of phlegm for the past three weeks. The phlegm is really thick and sticky, and its usually yellow or green. Ive tried antibiotics, cough medicine, drinking more water, and several home remedies I found online, but nothing seems to completely clear it up. My cough is mostly dry and happens a lot in the mornings and at night, but Im still dealing with so much sticky phlegm. Do you think this might be a viral or bacterial infection? Any advice would be really helpful.

I'm feeling like there's bone cracking or nerve tearing in the center of my chest when I sneeze, even when it's not too forceful. My chest feels heavy, I'm constantly fatigued, and I find it a bit hard to breathe almost every day. This has been going on for about two years now. I stopped exercising a while ago and my lifestyle is super sedentary. I get tired really quickly, like just from climbing stairs while carrying a bit of weight. Sometimes when I sneeze, this super sticky heavy transparent cough comes out straight away without just staying in my mouth. Should I be worried about these symptoms? What could be causing this?
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.

I'm a bit worried about something I read in a report: there's something called a "suspicious infiltration" in my right upper lobe. I work full-time, and I'm wondering if that's okay, considering this condition? Should I be concerned about continuing my job as usual?
need to check clinically and let it know
