I'm experiencing a cold throat infection and fever almost every month and have been taking Azithromycin 500 along with Nicip Cold n Flu and Combiflam for the past five days. Is this normal, or should I be worried? Should I continue with these medications or try something else?

I recommend continuing with Azithromycin 500mg as prescribed by your doctor. You can also continue taking Nicip Cold n Flu for relief from cold symptoms. However, it is important to note that frequent use of Combiflam (ibuprofen) is not recommended as it can have side effects on the stomach and kidneys. Instead, you can consider taking paracetamol alone for fever and body aches. Make sure to stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, and consult with your doctor for further evaluation and management of your recurrent infections.
