I've been dealing with asthma since I was a kid and used to take Aerocort Rotacap. But a bit ago, my doctor switched me to Formoflo 250 and it's been working well. I'm 22 now, but starting from 2016, I just can't seem to stay healthy. I'm always getting sick, and each time I go to the hospital, the docs keep giving me antibiotics. I'm worried and not sure what my next step should be. Any advice?

I'm really struggling with my asthma and sinus issues. My dad has asthma too, so it seems like it's something we're both dealing with. I've been on medication prescribed by my doctor for the last 3 years, like budamate 400 nasal spray and montair 10, but they haven't been helping much. Recently, I went to CMC Vellore, and my doctor there suggested I try budecort 200, fexinase, and lukotas for six months. But despite trying all this, I still get fevers and colds quite frequently, and I recently had a bout of influenza. Now, I'm having chest pain, and it's making breathing feel really heavy. It's like my problem is only getting worse, especially when the weather changes. I avoid cold things, but it doesn't seem to help much. I'm just really curious about whether asthma is ever totally curable because it seems to just keep coming back. What should I do?

Continue all the medications as advised by the physician.

I'm really worried and need some advice. For the past three months, I've been waking up every morning with brown phlegm, but the rest of the day it's clear. It's coming from my throat, and I dont have a cough. I don't smoke, and I live in a calm area with low pollution and a humid climate. It's really freaking me out, and I can't shake the feeling that something might be seriously wrong. Should I be worried? Are there any home remedies that might help?

Spitting brown phlegm in the morning can be alarming, but it's often treatable. Given your symptoms and environment, here are possible causes: *Possible Causes* 1. *Postnasal drip*: Mucus from your nose can drip down the back of your throat, causing brown phlegm. 2. *Acid reflux*: Stomach acid can flow up into your throat, causing inflammation and brown phlegm. 3. *Allergies*: Seasonal or environmental allergies can trigger excess mucus production. 4. *Sinusitis*: Inflammation of the sinuses can cause thick, discolored mucus. *Home Remedies* 1. *Stay hydrated*: Drink plenty of water to thin out mucus. 2. *Saline gargle*: Mix 14 teaspoon of salt with 8 ounces of warm water and gargle several times a day. 3. *Honey and lemon*: Mix equal parts honey and lemon juice in warm water to soothe your throat. 4. *Elevate your head*: Sleep with your head slightly elevated to reduce postnasal drip. *Medical Consultation* If your symptoms persist or worsen, consult an *ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialist* or a *primary care physician*. They may recommend: 1. *Nasal endoscopy*: To examine your nasal passages and sinuses. 2. *Throat swab*: To check for infections. 3. *Acid reflux testing*: To diagnose acid reflux. 4. *Allergy testing*: To identify potential allergens.

I'm feeling like there's bone cracking or nerve tearing in the center of my chest when I sneeze, even when it's not too forceful. My chest feels heavy, I'm constantly fatigued, and I find it a bit hard to breathe almost every day. This has been going on for about two years now. I stopped exercising a while ago and my lifestyle is super sedentary. I get tired really quickly, like just from climbing stairs while carrying a bit of weight. Sometimes when I sneeze, this super sticky heavy transparent cough comes out straight away without just staying in my mouth. Should I be worried about these symptoms? What could be causing this?

Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.
