I've been dealing with asthma for quite a while now, and it's been pretty rough. Right now, I'm using the Seroflo 250 inhaler once a day and Duolin when I really need it. I also had sinus surgery a couple of years ago, but it kind of feels like my lungs are still really weak. I'm dealing with cold and cough pretty much all the time, and if I don't take Montair LC every day, things get worse. I'm a 30-year-old guy, around 75 kg. I'm trying to avoid steroids, but I'm not sure what else I can do. Any advice on treatments or ways to manage this better?

View allHey, so I've been having this recurring issue with a cough ever since I had a chest infection back in August 2019. The doctors initially gave me some antibiotics, Augmentin, for 5 days but my cough didn't go away completely. After that, I was on monocef and dexona injections for another 5 days, which did help. But ever since then, my cough keeps coming back sometimes. It's weird because it happens in the morning or just randomly without any trigger, and I'm super careful about avoiding chilled stuff. I had some tests done, and while my CBC was fine, my lymphocytes were a bit high, and my IgE levels were elevated too. Based on this, the doctor suggested it might be allergies and prescribed montelukast and levocetirizine. My x-ray and PFT were fine too. Even after the medication, the cough shows up without warning and then disappears on its own. It's really frustrating, and I'm wondering if there's something more I should be doing to deal with this cough and maybe even bring down the IgE levels. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. When I'm lying down, it's really hard to breathe and my chest feels tight. But as soon as I get up, it almost goes back to normal. I'm also having a weird cough that feels really dense and kind of stringy. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?
take one tablet daily night once and apply the serum 1ml all over the scalp once daily

I've been keeping track of my blood oxygen levels ever since I had COVID about six weeks ago. Lately, I've noticed that after climbing stairs, my oxygen levels sometimes drop to around 93-94 for a bit, and it takes about a minute to go back up to 96-97. I'm a bit concerned because I never really checked these numbers before having COVID. Should I be worried about this change in my oxygen levels, or is this just a normal recovery process? When I'm walking or doing the 6-minute test, my oxygen levels are fine at around 96-97, and theyre good when I'm sitting too, around 97-98. Does this sound alright to you?
nothing to worry , continue your normal life
