I've been dealing with a bad cough for about a week now and I already took azithral for 5 days once a day. The thing is, for the past 3 days, I've noticed that my morning sputum has streaks of blood in it, even though the cough has gotten a bit better but it's not totally gone. Today, I actually felt a little dizzy while working. My appetite seems pretty normal, it's even increased a bit compared to before. Also, I do smoke quite a bit. Could you advise me on what might be going on or what I should do?

Vitamin D Absorption from Sunlight
Morning Sun vs. Evening Sun
- UVB rays: Vitamin D is produced in the skin upon exposure to UVB rays from the sun.
- Morning sun: UVB rays are more intense during morning hours (7-10 am), making it a better time for vitamin D production.
- Evening sun: While some UVB rays are still present in the evening (4-6 pm), the intensity is significantly lower, making it less effective for vitamin D production.
Tips for Vitamin D Production from Sunlight
- Expose skin: Expose your face, arms, and legs to sunlight for 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a week.
- Avoid peak hours: Avoid sun exposure during peak hours (11 am-3 pm) to minimize skin damage and skin cancer risk.
- Supplement if necessary: If you're unable to get enough sunlight or have a severe deficiency, consult your doctor about vitamin D supplements.
Remember to always practice sun safety, such as seeking shade, wearing protective clothing, and applying sunscreen with at least SPF 30.

View allI've been dealing with a bit of a concern ever since I had COVID-19 last April. I got through it in about a week without needing to go to the hospital or taking any heavy-duty meds, but now a couple of times a day, I notice a light wheezing in my chest. It usually happens in the morning when I wake up, and to get rid of it, I end up coughing hard, which brings up a chunk of phlegm. I dont have a constant cough, only when I try to clear the wheezing. Is this normal post-COVID, or should I be worried about it?
Syrup salbutamol 10 ml orally thrice daily is advised to the patient.

My dad's been dealing with Pulmonary TB, and the doctor put him on Forecox tablets. He's taking two a day for 70 days, and he's already 40 days in. Lately, he's been complaining about pain in his knees and hands. Could this be a side effect? Also, what kind of diet should he be on, and are there any specific precautions he needs to follow?

I've been dealing with a persistent cough for about a month now, and it's happening all day long. It's really frustrating because nothing seems to be working. Could it be due to allergies? What should I do?
