I've been dealing with a blocked left ear for a couple of days now, and it's really uncomfortable. Plus, I have a pretty bad cold. Should I be worried about it, or is this something that usually clears up on its own? What can I do to relieve the blockage?

I had a road accident and ended up with a longitudinal temporal bone fracture and LMN facial palsy. I've attached my CT scan do you think conservative treatment would work or would I need surgery?
