I've been dealing with a boil on my upper lip, and after getting treatment, it seemed to drain on its own within a week. However, there's still a small hard lump left on my lip, and I'm not sure what to do about it. Could you tell me if there's a way to completely get rid of it?

I've been taking these medicines: Syntran 200, Codox, Hizet 25 mg, Lorinol 10, and using Tribex cream and Nozal cream. Now I'm breaking out in red rashes all over my body. Could you help me figure out what's going on and what I should do?
