I've been dealing with breathlessness and had a fever back in 2016. The doctor put me on seroflo 250 capsules for whenever I get breathless. Luckily, it's only happened once a year in the winters, and I found out its because of cold air or dust. I've been doing okay for about 2 years now without any problems. Do you think I should be worried about this happening again in the future? Should I still keep any medications handy just in case?

Is it okay for my treatment to stop Ethambutol after just two months even though my chest X-ray is better and my doctor said to keep taking Isoniazid, Rifampicin, and Pyrazinamide? I mean, I didn't have positive sputum results or a Mantoux test, but my CT scan showed TB and I had a constant cough for a long time. I'm a bit worried about changing the meds too soon.

I've been on my TB meds for nearly two weeks now, and recently I've started having really bad coughing fits, especially when I'm lying down. This wasn't happening before I started the treatment. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

I'm genuinely concerned about my aunt who's dealing with COPD and sleep apnea. Her sleep is really disrupted and her oxygen levels drop significantly during the night, hitting a low of 67 from her normal 92-94. We had a sleep study done and it showed issues like obstructive apneas, hypopneas, and hypoventilation, all causing serious drops in her oxygen levels and messing up her sleep. She stayed in sinus rhythm all night, which I'm not sure is a good or bad sign. She's also having trouble breathing in general and seems to be struggling with her weight. I'm pretty worried about her health and would really appreciate some guidance on what steps to take next.
