I've been dealing with breathlessness and had a fever back in 2016. The doctor put me on seroflo 250 capsules for whenever I get breathless. Luckily, it's only happened once a year in the winters, and I found out its because of cold air or dust. I've been doing okay for about 2 years now without any problems. Do you think I should be worried about this happening again in the future? Should I still keep any medications handy just in case?

I've started treatment for tuberculosis after being diagnosed with a high lung infection and I've been on medication for 18 days now. Most of my symptoms like weight loss, fever, and night sweats have really improved, but I'm still testing a 4 on the TB sputum smear test. Patient has been 50 days post-COVID now. About two weeks ago, their X-ray came back normal. Is 50 days enough for lung fibrosis to develop? Also, their sp02 today is fluctuating around 96-98 with the oximeter held for 5 minutes. What should I be concerned about?
