I've been dealing with burps and these weird gurgling sounds in my throat for the past two months. Whenever I walk, take the stairs, or lie down, there's this liquid sound in my throat too. I have this mild dry cough and sometimes feel a bit breathless. Even though I had a chest X-ray a month ago that came back normal, I still get these random vibrations in my chest. I'm not sure what's causing all of this, but it's really tiring me out. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

I've been having this really sharp pain on the left side of my abdomen since yesterday, and its honestly freaking me out a bit. My CT scan today showed something about bowel thickening and pericolic fat stranding in the descending colon on the left iliac fossa. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what might cause this kind of issue usually and what the general treatment might be. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I've just found out that my bilirubin levels, including total, direct, and indirect, are all high, and my homocysteine levels are elevated too. Should I be worried about this, and what could it mean for my health? What steps should I take, or what lifestyle changes might help manage these levels better?

Bilirubin count total, direct, indirect are high. Homocysteine level is high. High bilirubin levels can indicate liver or bile duct issues. You can take Ursodiol 300mg to help lower bilirubin levels. For high homocysteine levels, you can take Folic Acid 1mg along with Vitamin B6 25mg and Vitamin B12 1000mcg to help lower homocysteine levels. Make sure to follow the dosage instructions provided on the medication packaging.
